Îles du Vent Fabric5057-02

Sombrero - Poivre pairs a softly ivory ground with a finely repeated pepper-grey geometric design. The close, even weave gives the colourway a cool, quietly graphic presence.

About this fabric

Small linked motifs run in orderly vertical columns across the ivory ground, creating a rhythmic pattern of outlined diamonds, loops and pinpoint details. The pepper-grey drawing is muted rather than stark, so the contrast feels refined and gently softened against the pale base. Its visible woven surface reads as a versatile mid-weight suitable for upholstery or drapery. No composition, width, rub-test or other performance specification is supplied for this fabric, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use Sombrero - Poivre to introduce discreet pattern on a bench, occasional chair or relaxed curtain, where its cool ivory and pepper-grey palette can sit comfortably with stone, grey and weathered timber tones.

The cool ivory ground and pepper-grey repeat bring quiet pattern and definition to contemporary upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
