Belleville Fabric

About this fabric

Made from 100% linen, Miji Tomato is a 137cm-wide printed fabric with a richly coloured botanical and bird design. The pattern combines perched birds with bamboo-like stems, broad leaves, berries and delicate white flowers, creating plenty of visual movement across the terracotta ground. Its usage is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with a General Domestic upholstery grade. Dry clean care is required.

How to use it

Use the warm tomato shade to energise a reading-room curtain, window seat or fixed upholstered chair, then pick out the print’s blue-green foliage in plain cushions or painted joinery. Its multicoloured botanical detail also suits relaxed, characterful schemes where the fabric can act as the main visual focus.

Use this warm tomato ground to bring lively tropical colour to curtains, occasional seating or fixed upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
