About this fabric

The close-up shows a dense woven texture in a burnt copper shade, balancing terracotta warmth with subtle brown and darker rust flecks. Its quiet plain construction is enlivened by fine vertical fibres that catch the light gently across the surface. Composed of 70% wool, 20% polyester, 5% acrylic and 5% nylon, the 145cm-wide fabric is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery. After-care is Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use this warm copper-toned cloth to add earthy depth to a reading chair, dining seat or tailored curtain, particularly alongside cream, tobacco, deep olive or aged timber.

The warm burnt-copper tone and fine wool weave bring grounded colour to upholstery or softly structured curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
