About this fabric

The close, even weave gives Lana Ruby a quietly tactile appearance, with tiny tonal shifts that prevent the burgundy colour from looking flat. Its deep ruby shade has a wine-like richness and appears subtly lighter where the surface catches the light. The composition is 70% wool, with 20% polyester, 5% acrylic and 5% nylon. Approximately 145cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery at Contract and General Domestic grades, with dry-clean care.

How to use it

Use Lana Ruby on a tailored armchair or sofa when a room needs a concentrated note of warm, dark red. As curtains, its substantial-looking woven surface can frame windows with a more enveloping finish than a lightweight plain cloth.
