Omega Prints FabricLF2202FR

Istanbul Ruby is a richly coloured small-scale geometric print, combining deep ruby and burgundy with warm brown, cream and muted rust accents. The repeating kilim-inspired diamonds give the surface a dense, rhythmic character.

About this fabric

The close-set pattern is built from interlocking diamond and stepped motifs, with dark outlines that sharpen the ruby-red ground and smaller cream highlights. Warm rust, ochre and brown details keep this colourway earthy rather than bright, while the dense repeat gives it considerable visual depth. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery and carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. The composition is 88% polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose, with 3% shrinkage to allow for; care guidance includes Delicate Wash at 30°C, dry cleaning and sponging.

How to use it

Pair Istanbul Ruby with aged timber, dark brown leather and warm neutral walls to draw out its earthy depth. Used on a reading chair, bench or full-length curtain, the small geometric repeat adds pattern without losing a grounded, tailored feel.

Use its deep ruby, brown and cream geometry to bring warmth and graphic definition to curtains or fixed upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
