About this fabric

The tomato-red shade reads warm and vivid, with deeper passages appearing where the velvet nap changes direction across the surface. There is no printed motif: the interest comes from the close, soft-looking pile and gentle tonal variation visible in the swatch. Made from 71% polyester, 17% acrylic and 12% cotton, the fabric is approximately 140cm wide. It is rated for Contract and General Domestic use, with usage specified for curtains and fixed upholstery.

How to use it

Use this warm tomato red to bring a confident focal colour to an armchair, banquette or upholstered headboard, or carry it through full-length curtains for a more enveloping scheme. Balance the saturated velvet with warm neutrals, dark timber or aged brass.
