Magic Carpet Magenta layers a saturated magenta-red ground with intricate kilim-style motifs in ochre, teal, blue, cream and coral. The dense repeat has an aged, richly coloured character, with fine curling lines and small medallion-like details creating considerable visual depth.

About this fabric

This Omega Prints fabric is composed of 88% polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose, with approximately 101cm width and an allowance for 3% shrinkage. The design combines repeated ornamental forms, paisley-like curls, angular motifs and small central medallions, all softened by the slightly weathered colour balance. Magenta remains the dominant tone, while ochre and coral warm the surface and teal, blue and cream provide cooler points of contrast. Suitable for curtains and fixed upholstery, it is graded for Contract and General Domestic use. Care options supplied are Delicate Wash at 30°C, Dry Clean and Spongeable.

How to use it

Use this vivid magenta colourway as the focal fabric on a statement chair, bench or full-length curtains, then draw out its ochre, teal and aged-cream details in plain cushions and painted furniture. Its intricate, jewel-like surface works especially well where a room can accommodate an expressive, layered pattern.

Pair the vivid magenta ground with warm ochre, muted teal and aged cream accents.
