Tamar Zinc

Lundy FabricLF2169FR

Tamar Zinc reads as a cool, weathered zinc grey softened by taupe and fine oatmeal threads. Its close woven surface shows a subtle vertical grain rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric

This semi-plain fabric has a tightly textured weave with fine vertical striations and gently irregular flecks, giving the zinc-grey ground a softly layered appearance. The colour sits between cool grey and muted taupe, with lighter threads catching across the surface rather than creating a strong contrast. At approximately 140cm wide, Tamar Zinc is specified for Fixed Upholstery in Contract and General Domestic settings. Its composition is 46% Polyester and 54% Acrylic, with Dry Clean listed for after-care.

How to use it

Use Tamar Zinc on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or dining seat where its cool grey-taupe tone can balance warm timber, stone and muted neutral walls. The restrained weave also works well with darker charcoal or black accents for a more considered, tonal scheme.

Use this cool grey-taupe weave to give upholstery a quietly tailored, textural finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
