About this fabric

This plain velvet is woven from 100% polyester and measures approximately 137cm wide. Its warm taupe tone sits between beige and grey, while the nap creates a darker shaded sweep across the fold and a gentle glow on the raised surface. Designed for fixed upholstery, it is graded for Contract and General Domestic use. Care is listed as Delicate Wash at 30°C or Dry Clean, with up to 3% shrinkage allowed.

How to use it

Use this mushroom-taupe velvet on a sofa, headboard or dining chair where its quiet warmth can soften stronger wood tones, charcoal accents or brushed metal. The directional pile adds understated depth without introducing a pattern.
