About this fabric

This plain velvet is woven in 100% polyester and measures approximately 137cm wide. Its dense-looking surface shows a fine, even texture, while the folded swatch catches light along the raised ridge and deepens to near-navy teal in the recesses. Designed for Fixed Upholstery, it is graded for Contract and General Domestic use. Care instructions allow a Delicate Wash at 30°C or Dry Clean, with up to 3% shrinkage permitted.

How to use it

Use Ocean on a generous sofa, headboard or occasional chair where its cool blue-green depth can anchor pale timber, warm neutrals or contrasting rust accents. Turn the nap consistently across cushions and upholstered panels to keep the teal reading even.
