About this fabric

This plain velvet is woven in 100% polyester and measures approximately 137cm wide, making it suitable for fixed upholstery. The maize shade sits between warm yellow and muted ochre, with darker golden areas appearing where the pile turns away from the light. Its softly lustrous face gives the colour depth without introducing a pattern or contrast. Rated for Contract and General Domestic use, it allows 3% shrinkage and should be cared for with a delicate 30°C wash or dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use this warm maize-gold colourway on a statement armchair, dining seat or sofa to bring sunny depth into neutral rooms. Pair it with chalky creams, tobacco leather, walnut wood or muted olive accents to balance its golden warmth.
