Malmo Saffron

Malmo FabricLF2086FR

Malmo Saffron combines a warm saffron-gold ground with a soft ivory small-scale trellis motif. Its closely woven surface gives the colour a gently flecked, tactile appearance rather than a flat, solid finish.

About this fabric

This geometric weave is made from 30% linen, 61% viscose and 9% polyester, with the interlaced yarns creating subtle light and shade across the saffron-and-ivory pattern. The fine trellis reads as a small design, adding texture and rhythm without overwhelming the upholstery. At approximately 140cm wide, it is specified for fixed upholstery and graded for both Contract and General Domestic use. After-care is dry clean.

How to use it

The warm golden saffron tone works particularly well on dining chairs, occasional chairs or a compact sofa, where its small ivory lattice can sit comfortably alongside natural wood, cream upholstery and deeper brown accents.

Use this warm saffron-and-ivory weave to bring measured colour and fine pattern to upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Malmo Saffron without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
