About this fabric

This colourway reads as a deep saffron gold with earthy undertones, shifting slightly darker in the pile as the light moves across the surface. The visible texture is low and plush, giving the plain cloth a refined, softly tonal finish rather than a flat solid. Made from 50% mohair and 50% acrylic, it is an upholstery fabric designed for heavy use, with a width of 140 cm and an 80,000 Martindale rub test. The result is a smart, tactile fabric that brings warmth and a touch of quiet luxury to seating.

How to use it

Use this golden shade on an armchair, ottoman or banquette to add warmth against walnut, oak or painted neutrals. It also pairs well with deep green, tobacco and aged brass for a richer scheme.
