About this fabric

This substantial 583gsm textile is well suited to upholstery, with a dense surface that reads as finely woven rather than smooth or printed. The small spot structure has a 3cm vertical repeat and an 11cm horizontal repeat, creating an even, close-scale rhythm across the cloth. Warm gold, soft ivory and restrained olive-grey tones mingle in the image, so the surface shifts gently between luminous and shaded areas as the weave catches the light. Seymour Spot Gold is supplied at a 133cm usable width, with a standard length of 35m.

How to use it

Use Seymour Spot Gold on a compact armchair, dining chair or tailored sofa where its muted gold tone can warm wood, stone and cream upholstery schemes without becoming bright or brassy. Pair it with olive, parchment and aged brass accents to draw out the colourway’s subtle depth.
