About this fabric

Fine dusky-pink lines and slim scrolling motifs run vertically through the warm ivory ground, creating a stripe that feels decorative without becoming busy. Subtle variations in the woven surface keep the ivory from reading as stark white, while the pink remains softened and earthy rather than bright. At 997gsm and 55 threads per cm, this is a notably substantial woven fabric suited to upholstery; its usable width is 135cm. The vertical motif repeats every 8cm and the horizontal pattern repeat is 34cm, maintaining a measured rhythm across a larger upholstered form.

How to use it

Use the warm ivory and subdued Tuscan-pink balance on a tailored armchair, headboard or sofa, pairing it with aged timber, chalky plaster tones and gentle terracotta accents. The narrow stripe can also bring quiet vertical structure to a classic upholstered piece without overpowering its shape.
