About this fabric

This substantial woven fabric weighs 997gsm and has 55 threads per centimetre, giving the surface a dense, tactile appearance suited to upholstery. The muted blue-grey yarns form repeated flame-like bands against the light stone ground, with the broken edges of the stitch pattern catching the eye across the swatch. The vertical pattern repeat is 26cm and the horizontal repeat is 23cm, creating a medium-scale graphic rhythm. At 136cm usable width, it is well suited to upholstered seating, headboards and other structured applications where its weight can be appreciated.

How to use it

Use this cool blue-stone colourway on a sofa, reading chair or headboard, pairing it with chalky neutrals, weathered timber and brushed metal. Its pale ground keeps the upholstery light while the blue-grey flamestitch adds measured movement.
