About this fabric

This colourway has a grounded mole-brown tone that feels warmer than a cool grey but more restrained than a true brown. The surface shows the gentle irregularity and soft sheen you expect from a mohair blend, giving the plain cloth a calm, tactile depth. Made from 50% Mohair and 50% Acrylic, it is designed for upholstery and carries an 80,000 Martindale rub test, so it suits busy seating as well as decorative pieces. At 140 cm wide, it offers a practical width for cut length work without any pattern repeat to interrupt the flow of the fabric.

How to use it

Use it on a sofa, lounge chair or ottoman where the mole taupe can bring depth without dominating the room. It pairs well with oak, smoked timber, warm whites and brushed metal finishes for a tailored, contemporary scheme.
