About this fabric

This plain upholstery fabric has the refined, slightly napped look visible in the swatch, giving the surface a quiet depth rather than a glossy sheen. The kiln shade reads as a warm cinnamon brown with subtle reddish undertones, darker in the shadows and lighter where the pile catches the light. Made from 50% Mohair and 50% Acrylic, it combines the character of mohair with practical durability, and the 80,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for hardworking seating. The 140 cm width supports efficient cutting for cushions, sofas, and upholstered panels.

How to use it

Use this tone on an armchair, banquette, or sofa where you want a grounded, tailored look. It pairs especially well with oak, tobacco leather, and muted greens for a warm, layered room.

A rich warm brown that works beautifully on tailored seating and pared-back schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
