Mistletoe Embroidery Saffron

About this fabric

This colourway is built on a saturated saffron-gold ground, with tightly scattered pale leaf sprigs that read almost cream alongside muted lilac-grey accents. The close embroidery gives the surface a lightly raised, tactile character rather than a flat printed appearance. At 484gsm with 78 threads per cm, it is a substantial cloth well suited to upholstery. The compact motif repeats every 31cm vertically and 33cm horizontally across a 133.5cm usable width, keeping the small botanical pattern consistently lively on a chair or cushion.

How to use it

Pair the warm golden-saffron ground with natural oak, aged brass or deep brown timber to draw out its autumnal richness. Use it on a statement armchair or seat cushion where the pale leaf embroidery can provide detail without losing the colourway’s depth.

Its substantial 484gsm handle makes this warm saffron design especially suited to upholstered chairs, stools and cushions.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Mistletoe Embroidery Saffron without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
