About this fabric

The intricate design is arranged in horizontal bands, with repeated bird figures, leafy sprays and small floral details visible across the ochre and beige-toned surface. This is a substantial 810 gsm textile with 59.6 threads per cm, giving the pattern a closely woven, richly textured appearance suited to upholstery. It has a useable width of 137.5 cm and a pattern repeat of 46 cm vertically by 34.5 cm horizontally. The warm, slightly mellow ochre reads as established and decorative rather than bright yellow, while the pale motifs add definition without creating a stark contrast.

How to use it

Use Bird Weave Ochre on a statement armchair, footstool or occasional sofa where its golden warmth can sit alongside walnut, aged oak, tan leather and muted stone upholstery. The repeating horizontal structure also works well on smaller upholstered pieces where the botanical detail can remain clearly visible.
