About this fabric

The May Blue ground is densely covered with small curling mistletoe branches, pale leaves and warm tan-brown accents, creating a detailed botanical texture with gentle contrast. At 484 gsm, this is a substantial textile rather than a fine, fluid cloth, making it a strong upholstery choice. It measures 133.5 cm wide and has a compact 31 cm vertical by 33 cm horizontal pattern repeat, allowing the all-over sprig layout to remain continuous across a chair, bench or cushion. The 78 threads per cm specification suits the finely detailed appearance visible across the close-set blue ground.

How to use it

Use this cool, muted blue on an occasional chair, window seat or upholstered headboard where its small-scale sprigs can add pattern without overwhelming the room. Warm timber, tan leather and softly aged brass will pick up the design’s brown-gold accents.
