About this fabric

This substantial 629gsm fabric is suited to upholstery, with a 141cm usable width and a tightly packed leafy design. The willow branches form a small-scale repeat measuring 46.5cm vertically by 23.5cm horizontally, creating an almost continuous surface pattern across the swatch. Mineral blue reads here as muted and slightly greyed rather than bright, while the lighter woven leaves bring fine tonal contrast. With 56.2 threads per centimetre, the close weave supports the swatch’s compact texture and softly structured appearance.

How to use it

Use this cool mineral-blue colourway on a reading chair, ottoman or sofa where its pale leafy tracery can add pattern without becoming dominant. Pair it with chalky whites, soft grey, weathered timber and quiet blue accents to retain the swatch’s airy, calm character.

Use this cool blue-grey botanical weave to bring quiet pattern to upholstered seating.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Pure Willow Boughs Weave Mineral Blue without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
