Miletto Maize

Miletto Fabric014

Miletto Maize pairs a softly golden maize ground with a restrained tonal damask, visible here in scrolling foliage and broad ornamental curves. Its fine woven surface catches the light gently, giving the pale colourway quiet depth rather than a strong contrast.

About this fabric

Made from 33% linen and 67% viscose, Miletto Maize has a close, lightly lustrous weave that allows the damask pattern to emerge through subtle changes in tone. The design combines curling leaves, sweeping stems and rounded ornamental forms in warm beige-gold shades, creating a softly traditional appearance without a sharp colour break. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery and carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. The fabric is dry clean only.

How to use it

Use this warm maize-gold colourway to brighten a traditionally detailed room without introducing a saturated yellow; it works particularly well as softly full curtains or on a fixed chair where the tonal damask can be seen across the form.

A softly luminous maize damask that brings gentle golden warmth to curtains, fixed upholstery and selected loose-cover projects.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Miletto Maize without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
