About this fabric

Woven in 30% linen, 61% viscose and 9% polyester, Malmo Oatmeal is supplied at an approximate width of 140cm. Its oatmeal ground reads soft and warm rather than stark, with subtly varied threads creating a lightly flecked, tactile finish. The restrained weave adds interest at close range while remaining visually calm across a larger upholstered piece. It is graded for Contract and General Domestic use and specified for Fixed Upholstery, with dry-clean after-care.

How to use it

Use this warm oatmeal colourway on sofas, armchairs or dining seats where its pale, textured neutrality can soften darker timber and complement cream, taupe and natural linen tones. Pair it with deeper brown or muted olive accents to bring out the weave’s understated warmth.

A softly textured oatmeal weave that brings gentle warmth to upholstered seating without introducing a strong pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
