Halmstad Fabric

Halmstad Firedearth has a warm oatmeal-beige ground crossed by closely spaced, broken vertical lines. Its woven surface gives the colourway a gently variegated appearance, with taupe and brown accents visible through the cloth.

About this fabric

The design is made up of narrow vertical bands and small interrupted marks rather than a bold, regular stripe, giving the surface a fine-grained linear rhythm. Warm beige remains the dominant tone, while muted taupe-brown threads add definition without making the pattern feel high contrast. The visible weave has a lightly nubby texture that catches the light unevenly, bringing depth to this restrained colourway.

How to use it

Use Halmstad Firedearth where a room needs warmth without strong colour: it would sit comfortably on a tailored chair or sofa, or fall neatly as curtains against cream, timber and soft brown finishes.

The softly textured beige ground and fine vertical striping bring a quietly tailored look to upholstery, curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
