Orcia Rattan

Serrano Fabric

Orcia Rattan has a pale, softly weathered appearance, with fine herringbone lines moving through a warm cream and gentle grey-beige ground. The close weave gives the folded swatch a quiet, tailored texture rather than a flat plain finish.

About this fabric

This colourway reads as light rattan: warmer than white, but softened by cool grey threads that give the surface subtle depth. Its fine herringbone weave is clearly visible across the swatch, with the raised diagonal structure catching the light differently along each fold. Composed of 75% linen and 25% viscose, the 137cm-wide fabric is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. After-care is dry clean only.

How to use it

Use Orcia Rattan to bring a gentle cream-grey layer to relaxed neutral rooms, especially as full curtains or on a tailored occasional chair. Pair it with chalky whites, pale oak and muted stone tones to draw out its warm rattan character without losing the cooler woven detail.

A softly structured cream herringbone for calm curtains and tailored fixed upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
