Orcia Sand

Serrano Fabric

Orcia Sand is a warm, pale neutral with a fine herringbone weave that appears gently varied across the folded surface. Cream-lit ridges and slightly deeper sand lines give this colourway a softly dimensional finish.

About this fabric

The visible herringbone is small and closely woven, creating a refined chevron texture rather than a bold graphic pattern. Its sand-beige ground shifts subtly into taupe in the shaded folds, while the raised weave catches lighter cream highlights. Made from 75% linen and 25% viscose, the fabric is approximately 137cm wide. It is supplied for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grading. After-care is dry clean.

How to use it

Use Orcia Sand on a tailored armchair, banquette or fixed seat where its warm neutral tone can add texture without introducing strong colour. It also works as understated curtains alongside chalky creams, natural timber and deeper taupe accents.

Use this warm sand herringbone to bring quiet texture to tailored upholstery or softly filtered curtains.

Pairs well with

Orcia Sand is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
