About this fabric

Woven from 100% linen, Elba Bisque has a subtle, even texture rather than a printed motif, with the natural slubbing and fine crossweave visible in the close-up. The bisque colour sits between soft beige and light tan, giving the cloth a grounded warmth without becoming strongly yellow or brown. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with a General Domestic upholstery grade. After care is Delicate Wash at 30C or Dry Clean, and 3% shrinkage should be allowed for.

How to use it

Pair this warm bisque colourway with chalky whites, oat tones and aged timber for a calm, tactile room. It works equally well as softly gathered curtains or as relaxed fixed upholstery where its fine linen weave can remain visible.

Use its warm bisque tone to soften upholstery and bring gentle natural light to curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
