Sashay Hessian

Tango Weaves Fabric002

Sashay Hessian combines a warm hessian-beige ground with intricate cream linear geometry. Its softly tonal palette lets the angular pattern read as texture as well as decoration.

About this fabric

The close-up shows interlocking angular motifs built from fine cream and beige lines, with directional sections that create a subtle sense of movement across the cloth. The hessian tone is warm and muted rather than stark, while the woven surface gives the pattern a softly tactile, lightly varied appearance. Made from 25% cotton, 31% viscose, 4% polyester and 40% linen, it is approximately 137cm wide. Its supplied usage is Curtains and Fixed Upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades; after-care is Dry Clean.

How to use it

Pair the warm beige base with chalky creams, natural timber and softly aged metals for a calm, tailored room. The cream geometry can also sharpen plain upholstery or full-length curtains without introducing a strong contrasting colour.

Use this warm neutral weave to bring softly graphic definition to curtains, occasional seating or tailored fixed upholstery.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Sashay Hessian without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
