Sashay Teal

Tango Weaves Fabric002

Sashay Teal brings a cool, muted teal ground to an angular geometric weave, with pale lines tracing interlocking chevrons and directional forms. The close-up image shows a tactile textile surface rather than a flat printed finish.

About this fabric

The design is built from tightly arranged zigzags, stepped chevrons and faceted shapes, creating a lively but controlled rhythm across the cloth. Its teal-green colour reads cool and slightly softened, while the pale woven lines give the pattern definition and let the texture catch the light. At approximately 137cm wide, Sashay Teal is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with a composition of 40% linen, 31% viscose, 25% cotton and 4% polyester. Dry clean care is recommended.

How to use it

Use Sashay Teal on a statement armchair, bench or fixed seat where its directional geometry can be seen clearly, or make full curtains for a stronger graphic note. Balance the cool green-blue tone with ivory upholstery, pale oak and warm tan accessories.

Pair the cool teal and chalk-like lines with natural timber, warm neutrals or aged brass.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
