About this fabric

The oatmeal shade reads warmer than a stark cream, while its faint greige undertone keeps the colour balanced and quiet. A fine, slightly irregular weave gives the plain surface gentle depth rather than a completely flat appearance. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, making this a versatile mid-weight option for both applications. The composition is 43% linen, 51% viscose and 6% polyester, with dry-clean after-care.

How to use it

Pair Orta Oatmeal with natural timber, chalky walls and softly aged metals for a calm, collected scheme. On upholstery, its warm beige tone will soften structured seating; used as curtains, it will add texture without introducing a strong pattern.

Use the warm oatmeal tone to soften tailored upholstery or bring gentle texture to curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
