Foss Biscuit

Balvenie FabricLF2358FR

Foss Biscuit has a warm biscuit-tan ground with softly varied flecks of oat, sand and muted brown. Its close herringbone weave gives the surface a gently rippling texture, with the directional pattern catching the light across the swatch.

About this fabric

Woven from 100% Pure New Wool, Balvenie Foss Biscuit is approximately 137cm wide and suitable for curtains and fixed upholstery. The compact herringbone is subtle rather than strongly graphic, blending sandy beige, pale cream and restrained brown tones into a softly dimensional surface. It is graded for General Domestic upholstery and is dry clean only. The warm, light-reflective colour gives the weave an easy sense of depth without becoming dark or heavily patterned.

How to use it

Use Foss Biscuit to soften a traditional or contemporary room with warm biscuit walls, natural timber and chalky neutrals. As curtains it will filter into a gentle sandy backdrop; on fixed upholstery, the small herringbone adds texture while keeping the overall scheme calm.

A warm biscuit-tan herringbone that brings softly textured structure to curtains and domestic upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
