About this fabric

This plain woven Vara colourway combines a light beige ground with delicate cream and taupe-flecked threads, giving the surface quiet depth without a visible pattern. The fine horizontal and vertical weave catches the light unevenly, creating a softly textured finish rather than a flat solid. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for fixed upholstery and graded for Contract and General Domestic use. Its composition is 17% Viscose, 23% Recycled Polyester, 44% Acrylic, 7% Linen and 9% Polyester; after-care is Dry Clean.

How to use it

Use Vara Bisque on a tailored sofa, occasional chair or dining seat where its warm, light beige tone can soften darker timber and contrast with deeper olive, rust or charcoal accents. The restrained woven texture also works well with other natural-looking neutrals without introducing a competing motif.

A warm, quietly textured neutral for tailored fixed upholstery in both domestic and contract settings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
