Motif White Sand

Timeless Embroideries Fabric

Motif White Sand pairs a pale, warm sand ground with tiny white geometric motifs that appear softly across the surface. Its near-neutral colouring keeps the pattern understated while the woven texture adds gentle visual depth.

About this fabric

The ground is a light sand-beige with a fine, linen-like weave and subtly irregular surface that catches the light without appearing glossy. Small white rectangular and linear motifs are scattered across the cloth, some reading as delicate block-like stitches and others as faint woven marks. The close tonal relationship between ground and motif gives this colourway a calm, softly layered appearance rather than a high-contrast pattern. With no performance features or further specification data supplied, its suitability should be assessed according to the intended upholstery or drapery application.

How to use it

Use the warm sand tone with chalky whites, natural timber and quiet stone shades for a softly tonal room. As curtains it will keep the scheme light; on occasional upholstery, the small white motifs provide restrained surface interest.

Use this softly textured sand colourway to bring quiet pattern and light contrast to curtains, occasional upholstery or layered neutral schemes.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Motif White Sand without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
