M647 Flax
Odyssey Fabric
M647 Flax has a warm, pale flax-beige ground with a softly weathered woven surface. Subtle horizontal bands and broken block-like marks create a restrained, textural pattern rather than a sharp graphic repeat.

About this fabric
The colour reads as a muted natural beige, with slightly deeper taupe shading appearing in the irregular horizontal bands and small pixel-like woven blocks. Fine linear threads run across the surface, giving the cloth a gently layered appearance as the lighter and darker yarns shift through the design. Its moderate-looking woven texture makes this colourway suitable for both upholstery and drapery applications. No composition, width, rub-test or additional performance specification has been supplied for this exact fabric.
How to use it
Use M647 Flax to bring a warm, grounded tone to a calm sitting room, particularly on an occasional chair, sofa, or full-length curtains. Pair it with chalky whites, natural timber and deeper taupe accents to echo the swatch’s subtle tonal bands.
A softly textured flax-beige weave with quiet horizontal rhythm, suited to relaxed upholstery and curtains.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside M647 Flax without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.
Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
