About this fabric

The image shows an essentially plain fabric with a fine, low-contrast weave rather than a printed motif. Tiny vertical and horizontal threads create a restrained surface grain, while the matte finish keeps the colour soft and even. The warm beige-sand tone is lighter than conventional tan, giving the cloth a calm, lightly sun-washed appearance. No additional performance or construction specifications were supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Town Sand to bring a gentle warmth to upholstered seating, headboards or relaxed curtains without introducing a strong pattern. It works particularly well beside chalky whites, pale oak and other quiet natural neutrals, where its beige undertone remains visible.
