About this fabric

The ground reads as a warm, pale taupe grey, with subtle tonal variation that keeps the neutral shade from appearing flat. Closely spaced horizontal lines vary gently in density and definition, giving the design an informal brushed character. A fine woven grain is visible throughout, adding tactile depth while retaining the fabric’s light, understated appearance.

How to use it

Use this softly weathered taupe-grey on relaxed upholstery or flowing window treatments, where its fine horizontal texture can sit quietly alongside linen, timber and warm ivory.

Pair the pale taupe-grey ground with natural timber, chalky whites and softly aged metals.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
