About this fabric

The large-scale pattern is formed from curling stems, stylised leaves, bell-shaped blooms and prominent flowering forms arranged across the charcoal background. Its gold and beige tones are softly muted rather than bright, while the palest cream details pick out petals, seed heads and fine drawn lines. With a 91.4 cm vertical pattern repeat and no horizontal repeat, the design has a strong upright rhythm when hung. The wallpaper has a 68.6 cm usable width, a 10.05 m standard length and a listed weight of 159 gsm.

How to use it

Pair the charcoal ground with warm wood, aged brass and softly coloured upholstery to balance its depth. In a study or dining room, the muted gold foliage can sit comfortably alongside olive, tobacco, cream or brown accents.

Use this deep charcoal and muted-gold colourway to bring patterned contrast to a classic sitting room, study or dining space.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
