Newport Stripe Red/Green

Mulberry Country Walk Wallpapers WallpaperFG127.V90

Newport Stripe Red/Green combines a softly warm cream ground with muted red, green and fine ochre-toned vertical striping. Repeated red arrow-like motifs give the design a distinctive, rhythmical country character.

About this wallpaper

The wallpaper has alternating narrow green and ochre lines with columns of stylised muted red motifs, creating a crisp vertical pattern against the light cream background. It is made from 100% Non Woven material and measures 70 cm wide (27.5 inches). The vertical pattern repeat is 21.5 cm (8.45 inches), allowing the motif columns to maintain a regular, clearly defined rhythm when hung.

How to use it

Use this warm red and green colourway to bring structure to a country kitchen, hallway or sitting room, pairing it with natural timber, cream paint and understated red accents. Its vertical lines can add visual height while the muted palette keeps the overall effect composed.

A characterful vertical stripe for adding warm red and leafy green detail to a room.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Newport Stripe Red/Green without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
