About this fabric

The ground reads as a cool, muted petrol teal, with lighter sage-grey blocks creating contrast across the weave. Broad horizontal and vertical bands build a layered plaid, while narrow plum, burgundy and pale blue lines add depth rather than sharp brightness. The close, even weave visible in the swatch gives the pattern a firm, upholstery-oriented character. No composition, width, rub test or other performance specification is supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this cool petrol colourway on a tailored armchair, sofa or dining seat, pairing it with warm wood and quieter sage or burgundy accents to pick up the plaid’s secondary tones.

The deep petrol ground and restrained plaid bring tailored colour and tactile depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
