About this fabric

The swatch reads as a near-charcoal grey, softened by subtle tonal variation rather than a flat, uniform colour. A delicate crosswise and vertical weave gives the surface a quiet striated appearance, while the hanging folds create alternating bands of shadow and graphite-like light. The visible cloth falls fluidly in the photograph, making it particularly suited to drapery. No performance features or further specification data have been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use Grey Seal for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds where its cool charcoal tone can frame a room without introducing a strong pattern. Pair it with pale stone, chalky white or warm timber to bring out the textile’s restrained woven depth.

A cool charcoal-grey textile with soft vertical movement and a subtle woven texture, well suited to composed window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
