About this fabric

Dune Storm is catalogued as a Fabric in Romo’s Dune collection. The visible cloth is a deep charcoal grey, crossed by closely spaced horizontal and vertical threads that create a fine grid. A paler grey area runs across the upper part of the photographed swatch, giving this colourway a layered appearance rather than a flat black finish. Its subdued contrast and matte-looking texture create a smart, contemporary effect.

How to use it

Use the deep charcoal ground on tailored seating or full-length curtains where its fine woven texture can soften a darker scheme. Pair it with pale grey, chalky stone and warm timber to bring out the quieter contrast of the lighter upper section.

Use the charcoal base to anchor pale stone, blackened timber and brushed-metal accents.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
