About this fabric

The fabric shows a small-scale, irregular crosshatch formed by closely set horizontal and vertical threads. Its tone sits between warm ivory and pale greige, giving the surface a quiet depth rather than a stark white appearance. Fine thread variation creates a lightly tactile, almost slub-like effect, while the pale ground catches the light softly across the weave. The restrained texture keeps the colourway smart and understated without introducing a pronounced motif.

How to use it

Use Veya Pearl to bring a light, softly textured finish to upholstered seating or relaxed curtains. Pair its pearl-cream tone with warm timber, chalky neutrals and pale taupe to echo the subtle contrast in the weave.

A pale pearl ground with fine taupe-grey texture, suited to calm, layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
