Kaiko Grey Seal

Lorcan Fabric

Kaiko Grey Seal pairs a cool charcoal-grey ground with pale, irregular lines that twist into a tightly packed maze-like pattern. The close-up view shows a softly textured surface, giving the graphic design a more tactile, layered appearance.

About this fabric

The pattern is made from broken ivory-grey lines that form angular loops, zigzags and labyrinth-like shapes across the cloth. Against the deep Grey Seal ground, the contrast feels muted rather than stark, with the darker tone lending the design visual depth. Its dense repeat reads as an active all-over texture, while the restrained charcoal and pale-grey palette keeps the overall impression composed and contemporary.

How to use it

Use Kaiko Grey Seal to add graphic definition to a neutral room, particularly on an occasional chair, statement cushion or relaxed curtain where its cool charcoal tone can anchor softer furnishings.

A cool, graphic grey textile whose pale maze-like lines bring movement to upholstery, cushions or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kaiko Grey Seal without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
