Romo

Fantasia 50cm Cushion Eclipse

Eclipse is shown as a near-black blue-green velvet, with a dense, softly reflective pile that deepens towards the cushion’s edges. The 50cm cushion image adds a narrow fringe border, giving the plain ground a tailored decorative outline.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a deep petrol teal, cooler and more atmospheric than a straightforward navy, with subtle blue-green shifts across the pile. Its plush velvet surface absorbs light in the centre while catching a muted sheen along the edges and raised areas. A softly irregular fringe frames the cushion and adds tactile movement to the otherwise solid design. No composition, width or rub-test figures are supplied for this listing, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use this deep blue-green colourway on a statement armchair, headboard or cushion arrangement where its dark, velvet depth can contrast with warm ivory, aged brass or softly textured neutrals.

A deep petrol-teal velvet suited to tailored upholstery and richly layered interiors.

Pairs well with

Fantasia 50cm Cushion Eclipse is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
