Lohko Liquorice/Hemp

Lohko Fabrics FabricSCF0035-03

Lohko Liquorice/Hemp brings a strong charcoal-and-hemp contrast to Scion’s rounded geometric design. The deep liquorice shapes sit in orderly vertical columns, with fine linear texture visible across the dark weave.

About this fabric

Broad, softly squared charcoal blocks are separated by slim, pointed hemp-coloured channels, creating a rhythmic pattern with a distinctly graphic edge. The dark tone reads as near-black in the densest areas, while the lighter ground keeps the overall effect balanced rather than stark. At 250 gsm and 137 cm usable width, this mid-weight fabric is suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 64 cm vertically and 68.6 cm horizontally, with 38 threads per cm and a standard 40 m length.

How to use it

Use it on a statement armchair, bench or Roman blind where the liquorice blocks can act as a strong architectural accent. Pair the hemp ground with warm timber, pale stone and soft neutral upholstery to temper the dark graphic repeat.

Use the charcoal-and-hemp contrast to give contemporary upholstery or curtains a graphic, tailored finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
