About this fabric

The saturated ochre background makes this colourway feel distinctly warm and energetic, while the contrasting teal and green leaves add cool definition across the surface. Pomegranates, lemons, berries and pale blossoms create a medium-scale repeat with an abundant, hand-painted character rather than a regular geometric rhythm. Supplied at 285gsm and 136cm wide, this velvet is well suited to upholstery applications. The vertical repeat is 62.5cm and the horizontal repeat is 68cm, useful measurements when planning pattern placement on larger pieces.

How to use it

Use the golden ochre ground on a statement armchair, headboard or sofa, then draw out its deep teal foliage with plain cushions or painted joinery. Burgundy and soft green accents will reinforce the fabric’s fruit-and-leaf palette without competing with its lively surface.
