Rainfall Chambray

Roof Garden FabricCCF0359-01

Rainfall Chambray pairs a washed, cool blue ground with dense white dotted trails that run vertically across the swatch. The pale contrast gives the pattern an airy, lightly textured appearance rather than a high-contrast graphic effect.

About this fabric

Rainfall Chambray shows a cool, pale chambray-blue ground crossed by narrow, broken columns of white oval and pin-like marks. The close-set marks create a gently vertical, rain-like rhythm, while their uneven edges keep the surface from looking rigid. At 204 gsm, this mid-weight fabric is suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its 31.5 cm vertical and 34.5 cm horizontal repeats should be allowed for when matching the design.

How to use it

Use this cool pale-blue colourway on relaxed curtains, occasional chairs or a softly upholstered headboard, pairing it with chalky whites and blue-grey accents. Its fine vertical rhythm can also add subtle height to a room without introducing a bold graphic statement.

The cool pale-blue ground and broken white dot trails bring a fresh, quietly textured feel to upholstery or drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
