About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Caspian Prints & Embroideries collection has a usable width of 127.5 cm and a standard length of 45 m, with a 19 cm vertical repeat and 32 cm horizontal repeat. At 345 gsm and 40 threads per cm, it reads as a substantial, closely woven fabric that should hold its shape well while still feeling refined. The colourway is a pale sage green, lifted by crisp white lines and small dotted motifs in muted terracotta, olive and blue. The low-contrast ground keeps the repeat light and orderly, giving the design a calm, slightly country-house character.

How to use it

Use this soft sage colourway where you want pattern without heaviness: it would work well on a compact armchair, banquette, or relaxed curtains in a bright room. The white lattice helps it sit comfortably beside painted woodwork, warm oak and other muted greens.

A gentle sage ground with crisp white patterning and tiny muted accents suits calm, layered interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
