Darwen ruby lapis
Classic Collection Fabric
Darwen in Ruby Lapis is a vivid floral fabric with a cream ground and richly layered botanical motifs in ruby red, lapis blue, gold and olive. The large-scale pattern feels ornate and lively, with the brighter flower heads standing out clearly against the paler background.

About this fabric
This Titley & Marr Classic Collection fabric is shown here as a decorative woven floral with no performance features noted. The design combines oversized blossoms, curling stems and smaller trailing details, all picked out in a palette of ruby, lapis, ochre and soft green on a warm ivory ground. The contrast is strong enough to give the pattern real presence, but the cream background keeps the overall effect bright rather than heavy. The colourway reads especially rich where the blue and red motifs sit beside each other, creating a jewel-like look that feels traditional and expressive.
How to use it
Use this colourway where you want the fabric to become a focal point, such as statement curtains, a blind, or a feature chair. Its warm cream ground and saturated jewel tones pair well with polished woods, brass, and quietly patterned companions.
A richly coloured statement design that works beautifully for dramatic curtains or occasional upholstery.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Darwen ruby lapis without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
